Ian Rankin and Janice Forsyth Celebrate 30 Years of Rebus in The Oxford
Ian Rankin joined Janice Forsyth in The Oxford Bar for a special edition of her BBC Radio Scotland show, celebrating 30 years since the publication of the first Rebus novel. The two were also joined by crime writer Lin Anderson and former Detective Chief Inspector Ronnie Mackintosh, and the pub was treated to live music from country music outfit My Darling Clementine.

The Oxford Named One of Britain’s Coolest Pubs by The Times
The Oxford Bar was named the 13th coolest pub in Britain by The Times, in their recent guide to the nation’s best watering holes, described as ‘austere yet beautiful’ and ‘a place from which stories pour’.
